You\'ll take a multifaceted approach to ensure technical excellence and operational efficiency within the infrastructure domain. By strategically integrating automation, monitoring and incident response, you facilitate the evolution from traditional operations to a more customer-focused and agile approach.This is your chance to work on impactful projects that drive customer satisfaction and company growth. A place that is both supportive and exciting.While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include:

• Analyze both technical and business needs to remedy, design and implement solutions that enhance system reliability, fault tolerance, and response times.
• Collaborate across REA with development teams to ensure reliable system design from the start and recommend best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, driving continuous improvement and optimizing system performance.
• Provide detailed technical analysis of issues, lead remediation plans for mitigation and prevention.
• Take ownership and accountability of deliverables.
• Mentor other team members.

Who were looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation tools.
• Deep expertise in troubleshooting, wielding logs, tracing, and monitoring tools (Splunk) to gain comprehensive system insights and proactively identify potential issues.
• Fine-tune application and infrastructure performance to ensure seamless scaling under various load patterns, keeping user experience top-notch.
• Demonstrate understanding of SLI/SLO/SLA metrics, chaos engineering principles, and user monitoring techniques to guide informed decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments, designing solutions for current and future growth.
• Maintain composure under pressure during incidents.
• Effectively communicate complex solutions to audiences with varying technical backgrounds, fostering consensus and collaboration.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Python, Ruby, Shell, Buildkite, or PagerDutyor experience with any scripting language
