Job Description
:Educational Qualification:
- B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech (Computer Science)
- 10+ years of industry experience in Software design and Development
- Agile/Scrum development experience is good to have
- Healthcare domain knowledge will be an asset
- Unit test / Integration test experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in C++ mandatory
- Mandatory : OOAD and Design Patterns, SOLID principles, unit testing
- Exposure to Team Foundation Server, Static code analyzers, Visual Studio is preferred
- Sound knowledge of tools & technologies
- Good debugging and investigation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve ambiguous technical scenarios
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Should be flexible and adaptive to team requirements as needed.
- Proactive, Self-motivated, ability to take on new challenges and flair to learn new technologies
- Exposure in working with multi-site global teams
- Analyzes software requirements, translates into design and work breakdown for component(s)
- Provides design proposals and architectural view for new requirements
- Implements and documents assigned part of work product based on project schedule
- Coordinates development topics with project stakeholders, ensures process adherence and product/process quality
- Guiding the team in new product development
- Able to independently plan and provide estimation for work product
