This role will perform Business Intelligence reporting development for PBNA Digital solutions. The accountability includes partnering with the business to develop, deploy and maintain BI solutions. Deliverables are query tools, data visualization and interactive dashboards, ad-hoc reporting, and troubleshooting and issue resolution for PBNA sector. The developer works collaboratively within the SAFe agile DevSecOps team to lead BI Software development based upon system requirements, user stories and features. This Role is responsible for: Translating business requirements into technical specifications and development plans BI software design, development, deployment, and maintenance Participate in data warehouse access layer design Evaluating and improving existing BI solutions Create technical documentation for BI tools Developing as secondary Power BI Admin Responsibilities Build development plans from technical specifications Developing reporting visualizations that provide accessible information for decision making Using warehouse data to generate reports to support business decision making and business performance monitoring Maintaining BI models within data analytics platforms Evaluating and improving existing BI systems. Conducting troubleshooting on BI models. Developing as secondary for Power Bi Administration for the PBNA Power Bi Dedicated and Shared workspace environments Generating and delivering quality reports to customers and performing quality assurance checks on reports Qualifications Years of Experience: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years experience as a BI Developer 3+ years experience in database programming, SQL queries Mandatory Tech Skills: Experience designing solutions with visualization BI technologies, Synapse and Power BI Strong understanding of the Azure Cloud Platform and tools and architecture Experience with enterprise scale relational databases (i.e. Teradata & SQL Server) SQL programming Mandatory Non Tech Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail Creative visualization User centered design concepts Excellent drive and self-motivated individual Good communication skills Work and collaborate with team in different time zones
