The role will be pivotal for managing operations of H-D and Hero Premium contact centre operations, in addition to creating a Strategic roadmap on adding consumer channels, working on industry best practices and optimising resourcing VS costing, alongside business growth.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. This position is responsible for leading Customer Experience roadmap ( at the Contact Center ) and creating strategies for enhancing customer experience and ensuring exceptional customer delivery.
Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in service delivery
2. Process Excellence - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management to continuously refine strategies and processes at contact centre
3. - 10-12 yrs of ExperienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge-Experience of managing contact centres Proven record in managing large teams and overseeing all contact centre operations, including staff performance, operational efficiency, and quality assurance.
