• Minimum Education qualification : B.Tech / B.E (Electrical)
• Minimum 20 years of experience in a Senior Electrical Design Engineering role.
• Proficiency in HVAC Design and MEP Design.
• Expertise in Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
• Ability to create Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical design projects.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
• Experience in conducting Site Audits and Construction Site Inspections.

• Lead the electrical design team in developing innovative and efficient electrical designs for retail spaces.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall building design.
• Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) practices to ensure high standards of electrical design and execution.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical components and materials.
• Manage stakeholders including internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular Site Audits and Construction Site Inspections to monitor progress and compliance with electrical design specifications.
