Contribute to quarterly business review meeting.Consult with businesses to ensure network services help them meet their business objectives.Control operations cost by identifying and implementing savings initiatives.Identify business requirements and create fitting service level frameworks.Be the Subject Matter Expert in your field and provide coaching to the team on network technology and ITIL processes.Ensures warranty of business solution [fit-for-use]Creates service acceptance criteria (incl. service ability)Be the final point of escalation for major outages & wide impact incidents for Network services.Work together with the architects in defining the future of Network technologies.Work together with project managers to finalize projects in your area within time and budget as well as delivering the business requirements.Your teamAs a lead of Network services, you will be responsible for cradle to grave lifecycle of Network services serving colleagues and customers, globally. This team includes all global and regional service leads in the Network area as well as specialists in the region and central.Your team is performing Data & Voice networks services against agreed service and cost levels.
