Key Responsibilities :- Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with the company\'s overall marketing objectives.- Keyword Research : Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and target phrases.- On-Page, Off-Page Optimization : Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking, for better search engine visibility.- Technical SEO : Ensure the technical health of the website, including website speed, mobile-friendliness, and proper XML sitemaps, Robots.txt.- Content Optimization : Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with the target audience.- Link Building : Develop and implement effective link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.- Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.- Paid Search : Collaborate with the paid media team to develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns, leveraging SEO insights to optimize targeting and bidding.- Social Media Strategy : Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement a social media strategy that complements SEO efforts, including paid social advertising.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for digital marketing and a continuous learner.
