Experience:
7+ minimum relevant DevOps exp
Mandatory skills
- CI Tool: Any of the tool , Jenkins , Circle CI, Spinacker. Having hands on and ability to set up things independently.
- CD Tool: Any one tool Ansible , chef , salt. To be able to work with any of the cd tool
- Container: Kubernetes: Docker Experience is mandatory and Kubernetes experience is good to have
- Linux Os & Networking: Must have proven abilities in working with linux VMs and have ability to transition from VM to docker services.
- Troubleshooting skills: Must have excellent troubleshooting skills , Like he/she should able to connect the dots in logical manner , To find the RCA. Should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- SCRIPTING: Should be clear in Shell or python scripting.
- SaaS Application (Java/Tomcat) : Should have at least basic understanding of Application server and JAVA/Tomcat/Python configuration and installation as SaaS based application.
- Cloud Service(AWS/GCP/Azure): Good to have experience in any of the cloud service . Preferred Azure
- Log and Monitoring tool : Having knowledge and proven abilities to set up logging for multiple services using any of the ELK service
- Web Server (Nginx/Apache): Good to have understanding of cache webserver Nginx or Apache. Should have had experience in fine tuning Ngnix and ability to support very high load of traffic
1. Ability to work independently with stake holders and be able to provide directions to the team.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain very clearly to team members
3. MYSLQ DB: Good to have basic Knowledge of DB with reference to DevOps like installation and configuration
