About Role SBU: Mobile Development Function: Technical Location: Mumbai - Equinox Position Title: Mobile Developer (Android & Flutter) Position Summary: Key Objective / Purpose of the Job: The person would be responsible for Mobile development activities on the Android and flutter platform. Major Activities The person would be responsible for the following activities: Designing and coding applications required to be built up in Android/Flutter Technical Support for Mobile applications. Enhancement of existing applications in terms of new features and technologies available to ensure higher security, stability, speed and user friendliness of applications. New Mobile application Development Migration from Android to Flutter Person Specification: a) Essential Qualifications: Graduate, preferably B.E., with 4-5 years of experience in Android/flutter mobile app development and MS SQL. b) Requisite Skills: Technical Should have at least 4-5 years of experience developing Flutter based mobile applications (Android and iOS). Should have experience in creating release builds APK/IPA. Should have experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining and deploying apps in Flutter framework and Dart language. You will be writing readable and clear code using Dart and that will be well documented for future use and upgrades. Experience in publishing at least 1 application on the Google Play Store. Familiarity using version control tools like Git. Knowledge of integration of REST APIs. Knowledge of integration Third-Party libraries/plugins. Good to have basic knowledge of Native Android app development b) Requisite Skills:Technical Should have knowledge of SQL programming and SQLite database Experience in Google Cloud APIs and Firebase APIs Knowledge of important libraries like RxJava, Retrofit, Okhttp Knowledge of MVVM architecture, GPS location tracking Experience with Android framework, as well as offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Experience with Android UI principles and best practices. Behavioral Should have a positive approach with an urge to learn new skills. Should be innovative and ready to probe into new areas of business. Should be open to learn new technologies. Should be ready to work in a team c) Work Experience Should have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
