The purpose of your role will be to strategize, plan, develop & monitor the in-market marketing initiatives for the H-D Brand to enhance and maintain consistency across the network. The incumbent will be responsible for the last mile moment of truth for the consumer as well being the custodian of the touch/feel and experience of the Harley-Davidson brand across all dealerships H-D motorcycles are retailed through.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Assessing Channel requirements in discussion with the field team and creation of the Network plan (Dealers and ASCs) for Harley-Davidson footprints in India
2. Ensures all H-D Infrastructure and SOP guidelines are followed at current as well as future dealerships and ASCs
3. Channel Management Automation
4. Oversee and guide a team responsible for various marketing activations, including events, promotions, and campaigns
5. Foster relationships with dealership management and work closely with them to be aligned to the central strategy
6. Collaborating with teams (E-fin, WOT, Rural Marketing) for creation of collaterals including promotional and strategic activities
7. Ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking expenditures. Review of current budget allocation and spending processes, and propose enhancements to ensure more efficient utilization
8. - 10+ Years of experience in Retail Marketing/ Activation, Customer Retail Experience & Strategy development, people managementTechnical Skills/Knowledge- Deep understanding of marketing both traditional and Digital
- Understanding of customer behaviour in different parts of country
- Research oriented, with an ability to sense consumer behaviour and driven by "consumer first" approach
- Channel Management
- Project managementBehavioural Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
