This position will be in Bangalore, India.As a Data Architect, your main responsibility will be to implement a data mesh strategy across various platforms, clouds, and regions while ensuring strong security and governance. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver solutions on the Azure Cloud, utilizing core cloud data warehouse tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other Big Data technologies.In addition to Azure, experience with Databricks and Spark on other cloud platforms like AWS and GCP is also relevant. This indicates that you have knowledge and expertise in working with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing technologies across different cloud providers.Your role will involve designing and implementing data architectures, data pipelines, and data integration solutions using these cloud-based tools. You will also need to ensure data quality, data governance, and data security practices are implemented effectively.Overall, your experience and skills in data architecture, cloud-based data technologies, and working with various cloud platforms will be crucial in successfully implementing data mesh strategies and delivering data solutions in a secure and governed manner.Position Responsibilities:

• Defines, designs, develops and test software components/applications using Microsoft Azure- (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Logic Apps, Azure SQL database, Azure Key Vaults, ADLS)
• Strong SQL skills with experience.
• Experience handling Structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience in Data Modeling and Advanced SQL techniques
• Experience implementing Azure Data Factory or any other data orchestration tool using latest technologies and techniques.
• Good exposure in Application Development.
• The candidate should work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering is a basic requirement with a minimum of 16 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
• 12+ overall years of professional experience including 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in designing high-scale, Big Data, Datalakehouse Solutions is REQUIRED
• 4+ years of experience with data modeling, schema design patterns and modern data access patterns (including API, streams, data lake) is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years as a proven leader interacting with customers (client facing) to collect requirements and manage a technical data backlog is REQUIRED; therefore, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, as well as a consultative/collaborative style.
• 2+ years with Databricks and Spark framework are REQUIRED.
• 2+ years of experience building data applications, microservices and/or APIs using Python, Scala or an equivalent language is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, knowledgeable in complex queries and joins is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years Azure Data Services including Azure Data Factory, ADLS, and Synapse is HIGHLY DESIRED; strong experience with AWS or other major cloud platform will be considered in lieu of Azure.
