:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 08The Role: Lead Data AnalystThe Team: The ownership team's main mission is to provide our clients through our platform with the most accurate data in a timely manner. Our goal is to study the market's legislation and the different public financial data sources that will allow us, together with the tech team, to build repeatable processes and deliver new solutions to the market. Success is measured through our capacity to find new ways to broaden our data coverage, as well as enhancing the collection procedures.What's in it for you:The Impact: This role will involve working with the manager on various initiatives related to the process, people, and projects within the team. Accountability would be towards understanding and owning the business objectives; being a role model for peer group; communicating with passion and enthusiasm, embracing change as a way of working; and leading by example when communicating new initiatives.Responsibilities:Process KPI Maintenance for client queries ensuring TAT is met and quality responses are provided to the clients. Ensuring the key performance drivers of CQ timeliness and quality of responses are met consistentlyIdeate and execute Process improvement and Automation projectsManaging client centric projects independently includes scoping the project, Problem Statement, implementation Roadmap, Communication ETAs, Monitoring progressTimely and crisp communication to Management and researchers about work in progress and challengesCollaborate with other Collection Teams, Data Management, and global teams to achieve organizational goals and promote diversity. If experience of these kind already there, it will be an added advantageKnowledge share, policy documentation, Quality control initiatives, Process review, Mentorship, and talent developmentStay abreast of updated guidelines and policiesGeneral understanding of client support process, KPIs and other related metricsInvolvement in policy formation, data extraction through SQL, trend analysis and brainstorming on systematically clean bad data to deliver quality data to clientsDeliver predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.Escalating concerns on time and with correct line of communicationWhat We're Looking For:Pathfinder ExpertiseProven History of meeting & exceeding targets with high efficiency in current roleAnalytical mindset to find process efficiencies, improvement ideas along with implementation & change managementExpert understanding of guidelines & policies in current roleSoft skills like communication, stakeholder relationship, mentoringPrior experience in onboarding and setting up workflowsStrong hands-on SQL Queries and Power BI platformBasic Qualifications:Hands on understanding of the Pathfinder/Workflow logicsWorking exposure of CIQ & CIQ Pro Platforms & other offeringsExcellent Written and Verbal CommunicationAdvance level of understanding and executing SQL QueriesUnderstanding of LEAN principles is a must & if have driven Automation projects with quantifiable benefits, will be an advantageAn inquisitive and investigative natureComfortable to work in core night shift and early morning shifts onlyPreferred Qualifications:Certification and hands-on experience in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of Excel Macro & Data Visualization ToolsGood understanding of the Capital IQ Platform, MI Platform & Excel PluginsFlexible Working (optional):We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly.
