As part of that Northern Trust has a Policy compliance function to identify gaps in configuration policies, assign them to correct teams and follow-up for remediations. Principal Responsibilities/Requirements: Working experience in policy compliance/platform hardening is a must Working experience in Qualys - Policy compliance module Identify and assess policies/test results Experience in providing advanced advisory services as a SME whom liaisons between the config-compliance (CC) and other stakeholders through both formal and ad-hoc enquiries. Oversee day-to-day operations related to CC ensuring the correct assignments of tickets, notifications to line of business on upcoming overdue policies etc. Ensure reassignment of tickets assigned from CC team to correct platform team and timely resolution of it. Actively participate in meetings to understand business plans on remediations or roadblocks Respond to email advisories as well as chat/call to resolve queries/issues Partner and successfully build relationships with key stakeholders across NT Generate and track KPIs for management review on monthly basis Should be able to Chair weekly meetings with LOB conducted by CC team Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical knowledge on config compliance/platform hardening process Should be able to understand deprecated policies Should be able to navigate scanning tools (Qualys), PowerBI & ServiceNow Identify scope for improvements and bring it to management\'s attention. Minimum: Working knowledge of information security scanning technologies & policy compliance/platform hardening Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with report visualization (Excel, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and to prioritize tasks Perform Managerial tasks on day-to-day basis Good to have vulnerability management knowledge Preferred: 10-15 years of relevant experience Any infosec certifications or related (desired, not a compulsion) Additional Information
