Our client, a D2C health and wellness brand, based in Mumbai (Lower parel) is hiring for a Lead- Creative and Design folk. As the Lead Creative and Design, you will be the driving force behind our creative vision, responsible for crafting engaging and memorable content across multiple channels. You\'ll lead a talented creative team to develop and execute concepts that captivate our audience and achieve key business objectives.Key Responsibilities :Brand Custodian :- Develop, implement, and uphold Brand Guidelines across all creative assets.- Ensure brand consistency in every touchpoint, from digital to print.Creative Ideation :- Lead the creation of innovative concepts for:- Brand Campaigns- Performance Marketing- Packaging Design- BTL Activations- UI/UX designContent Production :- Oversee and manage:- Product Photoshoots- Video Content Shoots- Production of live-action and motion graphic videosCollaboration :- Work closely with the digital team to create a range of assets, including:- Static graphics- Videos- Banners- Brochures- Website UI/UX elementsTeam Leadership :- Mentor and manage the creative team, fostering a culture of high productivity and creativity.- Ensure quality output through effective training, streamlined feedback processes, and team collaboration.Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in a Senior Designer or similar role.- Proven hands-on experience in D2C brand UI/UX design.- Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Figma is a plus.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
