Chief Transformation OfficerPosition Purpose.Strategic ResponsibilitiesInternal Communication

  • Develop executive and key corporate messages in line with organizations business communicationsstrategy
  • Responsible to support communicationcampaigns that are employee facing and spear-headed by various functions (including Finance, CRO, Legal, Ethics, CSR, Global Delivery and HR) and leaders across the organization
External Communication & Branding
  • Create & manage content for website
  • Draft and develop press releases about major launches and big events.
  • Reach out to media for press release coverage and also respond to information requests from the media
Operational ResponsibilitiesInternal Communication
  • Manage other internal communications(which include new business wins, awards, quarterly results) and obtain necessary approvals with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external creative agencies and internal graphic designers to develop collateral such as campaign mailers, banners posters, digital assets for digital and social media campaigns on different channels.
  • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to develop required content for communication.
  • Work with the HR and other support functions to coordinate internal events and related communications
  • Create brand awareness among internal stakeholders through employee outreach, multi-function co-ordination, employee engagement, newsletters, digital communications
  • Review, edit, author and disseminate messages and ad-hoc communicationsas per requirement
External Communication & Branding
  • Deal with external agencies on regular basis for events, media releases, social branding activities.
  • Help the organization communicate effectively with the public through various digital channels.
  • Help maintain the organization's public perception, goodwill, image, and identity.
  • Arrange interviews with the organization's top executives and draft the speeches.
  • Evaluate advertising and promotion programs to determine whether they are compatible with the organization's public relations effort.

  • Good Communication Skills (Written & Oral)
  • Proficiency in preparing communications and materials on behalf of executives
  • Experience advising all levels of leaders in an organization on best practice communications and engagement
  • A good understanding of the relationship between internal and external communications, as well as traditional and evolving channels.
