•In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected. Responsibilities•

• •Workday Functional consultant with multimodule exp - core HCM + Recruiting/Talent/Advance Compensation•
• •Exp in functional configurations, Business process,Security,Alerts,Notifications,EIB's•
• •Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.•
• •Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes•
• •Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement•
• •Suggest and improve business processes•
• •Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.•
• •Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration•
• •Impart training to users on Workday•
•Qualifications we seek in you!•

•Minimum Qualifications / Skills•

• •BE/MBA/M.Tech•
• •Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support•


•Preferred Qualifications/ Skills•

• •Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical.•
• •Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.•
• •Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.•
• •Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.•
• •Good communication and customer facing skills.•
• •Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting•
