We are seeking a passionate and skilled Python Developer to join our team. As a Fresher in this role, you will work under the guidance of senior developers to design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in software development with a focus on Python.Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to understand business needs and system dependencies.
• Monitor and optimize existing integrations, improving performance and efficiency.
• Maintain integration documentation, including data mappings, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Support data migration and validation efforts for system implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, including GDPR and SOX.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders.
• Create custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualification
Extensive years of general Workday experience.
Good years of experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience building complex calculated fields, creating and modifying security roles and dashboard design.
MUST be willing to work directly with stakeholders outside of the People Technology team.
Experience with ticketing systems and SLA expectations.
Experience with Benefits, Time & Attendance and payroll modules is preferred.Preferred qualifications

• Prior internship or project experience involving Workday.
• Exposure to database.
