In this role, you will: Be responsible for gathering and understanding of business needs and translating them into effective stories/requirements. Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, functional and non-functional requirements into clear documentation. Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the feasibility, opportunities, risks and impact of various solution options. Apply the right business judgment when setting priorities and direction. Work closely with solution architect, business architect and technology leads to split requirements. Assist in User acceptance testing and end to end solution validation. Manage the team administration including recruitment, organization development, training. Supervise assigned direct reports, allocate projects and oversee the delivery of assigned work. Responsible for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements. Accountable for the performance of the pod activities and maintaining performance in line with benchmark objectives (including productivity, quality and effectiveness measures). Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor / Master\'s degree 12+ years of working experience in corporate IT and at least 2 years of experience in a functional BA role in a large Data warehouse or Data engineering application. Strong knowledge of business analysis, private banking business and private banking data domain. Experience in requirement gathering and analysis, business process modelling, data modelling, flow charts, domain model. Proven experience as a technical functional lead. Strong knowledge of Database, Data warehousing, ETL, Data modelling, SQL writing, Cloud (GCP or AWS). Strong analytical, decision making, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills. Experience of using Jira, Confluence, Visio, ERD tools. Knowledge and experience of Data science, Data fabric and Data migration is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication.
