You will support the business teams in process design to ensure alignment with SAP standard functionality. You will act as a source of knowledge in one or more sub-processes, systems, and technologies associated with the distribution process area. You will also be responsible for reviewing solutions designed by team members and proposing improvements.Essential Skills/Experience:12+ years of relevant SAP functional experience in the IT industry with domain experience of a minimum of 4 years is preferable.S/4HANA Certified and implementation experience for complex global organizations from design to completion.Experience of pharmaceutical supply chain business activities and the required business knowledge within the relevant capability areaSignificant experience and domain expertise in Order & Distribution to Cash (O&DTC) processes with very good hands-on experience in SAP Transportation ManagementDemonstrate a high degree of knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration requirements.Possess very strong knowledge across other SAP modules on all integration aspects and interfaces between internal and external systems or partners.Good Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives.Demonstrated ability to lead in a diverse, global team, within and across functions. Experience with global working and across cultures.Very Good understanding about the SAP add-on technologies and functionalitiesSolid skills in understanding business operations, communications, customer and partner engagement, and internal collaborator managementComfortable with ambiguity and possessing an agile and open attitude.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise effectively to ensure goals are achieved.Demonstrate personal credibility and positive energy to manage large work efforts and meet challenging deadlines.Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a validated environment.Good presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to cross functional audiences.Exposure to Run SAP (Solution Manager) or Activate methodologies.Knowledge of standard project tools like JIRA, incident management, Solman.Desirable Skills/Experience:Certification in SAP S/4HANA \xe2\x80\x93 SAP Transportation ManagementExperience in SAP Global TradeExperience in Data GovernanceExposure to different testing toolsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
