The team engages with some of the most exciting business areas within AstraZeneca and is faced with solving for a variety of complex business and IT challenges.ABOUT THE ROLE:Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Consultant for a multi-year SAP S/4HANA migration program, specializing in SAP UI/UX design, Fiori development, and SAP security. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of user-friendly interfaces within our SAP landscape, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust security protocols. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design intuitive user interfaces, and implement secure access controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies, combined with expertise in UI/UX design principles and SAP security best practices.Responsibilities:SAP UI/UX Design:

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces within the SAP ecosystem, with a focus on delivering intuitive and responsive user experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design concepts and prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine UI designs for optimal user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into SAP applications.

Fiori Development:

• Serve as the subject matter expert in SAP Fiori, guiding the development team in building Fiori apps that align with business needs and enhance user productivity.
• Design and customize Fiori apps to ensure consistency, usability, and adherence to Fiori design principles.
• Implement Fiori launchpad configurations, tiles, and themes to create a unified and personalized user experience across SAP applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fiori app performance, compatibility, and accessibility.

SAP Security Leadership:

• Develop and implement SAP security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard critical business data and systems.
• Lead SAP security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Design role-based access controls and authorization profiles to enforce least privilege access and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on SAP security best practices and security awareness.

People Management and Delegation:

• Manage and lead a team of UI/UX designers, Fiori developers, and SAP security analysts, delegating tasks effectively to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
• Allocate resources appropriately to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives, balancing workload and priorities based on business needs and team capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation among team members.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and IT infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to articulate the value proposition of UI/UX enhancements and security initiatives.

Qualifications & Expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP UI/UX design, Fiori development, and SAP security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and encryption.
• Experience with SAP security tools such as SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), SAP IDM (Identity Management), and SAP Security Notes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team towards common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
