Job Title: Lead Consultant - SAP PI POCareer Level - EIntroduction to role
Are you an SAP Integration professional with hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI/BTP Integration Suite and a decent managerial experience? We are looking for an individual adept at all aspects of the life cycle of integrations. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the Application Maintenance (AM) and Application Development (AD) related work across a range of SAP capabilities with a focus on SAP Integration. You will lead the highly skilled SAP team, meet delivery targets for BAU and project delivery, and work as part of the global SAP team to achieve maximum collaboration and delivery effectiveness. You will also take ownership of capability management and people management for ensuring the visibility and clarity of resource supply. You will showcase a proven ability to lead and maintain the given ServiceNow metrics under Application Maintenance. You will internally govern the processes of Requirements, Change Documents, TM1 Demand vs Supply, Service weekends and SOX reporting. You will inspire, mentor, and empower team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture. You will operate the monthly and bi-weekly global capability meetings. You will set clear goals and objectives in Workday and conduct periodic feed-forward sessions, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently. You will employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster alignment across different teams. You will encourage a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback to enhance team performance and quality.Essential Skills/Experience:

• Solid understanding in SAP BTP Integration Suite, PI / PO is required.
• Experience managing capability and people in a large matrix setup organization with complementary teams.
• Experience in implementing the continuous improvement of the platform, automation, and helpful delivery.
• Good experience working with senior leaders across business and IT communities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Should have handled at least 8 Projects or Support on SAP PI/PO 7.5 Java Stack.
• Should have handled at least 1 Project or Support on SAP CPI or SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Good understanding in BTP cockpit.
• Good understanding on BTP Integration Suite best practices.
• Good working experience in API management, Cloud connector and Open connectors.
• Good knowledge on groovy script and Java script.
• PO to CPI migration skills - Working experience on various pallet options.
• Expertise in various SAP PI/PO Tools \xe2\x80\x93 PIT, ESR, ID, RWB and knowledge on SLD.
• Within SAP PI/PO should have worked on various technical adapters like: FTP, SFTP, JDBC, IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, HTTP, Proxy, Mail etc.
• Should have strong expertise in EDI B2B Integration using B2B Addon adapters AS2 & EDI Separator.
• Expertise in Java Mappings & Graphical mappings (including value mappings and lookups).
• Should have knowledge in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms.
• Experience in Certificates / Data Encryption / Data Signing.
• ITSM & SAP SolMan ChaRM experience.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• SAP PI /PO related Java Knowledge.
• SAP BTP Integration Suite certification.
• Working knowledge on security materials, session handling, authentication methods, set up.
• Knowledge of ALE governance that includes but not limited to configuring Partner profiles, ports, distribution model and message types.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming.
