Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- QA UFT
As the Lead Consultant for UFT, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of UFT projects, including design, development, implementation, and maintenance. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on UFT solutions to meet their needs effectively. Additionally, you will lead a team of consultants, providing mentorship, training, and technical oversight to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead UFT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into UFT solutions.
- Architect and design UFT solutions tailored to client requirements, considering scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of UFT consultants, providing technical guidance, training, and support.
- Implement best practices and quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of UFT solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Stay updated on UFT trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
- Years of experience in UFT (Unified Functional Testing) with a strong understanding of automation testing principles and methodologies.
- Proven experience leading UFT projects, including solution design, implementation, and team management.
- In-depth knowledge of UFT tools, frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., VBScript).
- Certifications in UFT or related technologies (e.g., HP UFT certification) preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
