Responding for the tickets immediately according to the process and SLA Coordinating between other teams. \xef\x81\xb6 Experience of handling stringent SLA\'s. \xef\x81\xb6 Providing L2/L3 Application support - Product Support experience - application built in Java \xef\x81\xb6 Good Experience with databases - OracleLearn more about us
