Description . Experience: 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Module and 2 implementation projects Location: Pune or Birlasoft Locations in India .SF Certifications in: Employee Central and any other certifications will be added advantage .Good implementation experience in SFSF Role Based Permissions. .A bachelor\'s degree or equivalent (masters preferred) .Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer\'s current process and future state needs .Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes .Detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors\' product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices .Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality .Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements .Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications .Supporting testing, training and change management workstreams. .Demonstrated understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the departmental processes/policies/procedures behind the modules they implement .Good presentation, oral and written communication skills .Quick grasping capability and enthusiasm to work independently .Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others .Knowledge of XML or HTML and Knowledge in HXM solution can be added advantage. .Consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience .Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends as needed .A dedicated customer service attitude
