Job Title - Lead Consultant - Project ManagerCareer Level - EAre you passionate about Project Management in a lean and agile environment? You\'ll be working with innovative technology, leading the way in digital healthcare.Accountabilities:As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering plans for projects, managing project budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, organisational change, and status. You will also maintain relationships with key business collaborators to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to project objectives. Additionally, you will ensure effective risk & issues management processes are in place and effectively used.Essential Skills/Experience:

• Technical or Business Degree or relevant demonstrable experience
• Proven skills and experience managing and controlling project budgets
• Experience leading and developing project teams with a diverse blend of skills and capabilities
• Evidence of crafting innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation
• 24+ months of proven relevant experience as an Associate PM or equivalent role.
• Strong Project and Programme Management Skills
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication, business change, relationship and consulting skills
• A capable knowledge of Financial Management and Benefits Delivery practices.
• Broad understanding of IT systems and technology implemented within a business context.
• Knowledge and experience with internal and external suppliers and solutions
• Excellent discernment with sensitivity to environment
• Experience with project management and delivery methodologies and standards

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Masters degree
• Project / Programme Management certifications
• Experience working in a global organization where partners and project team members are geographically dispersed.
• Strong leadership skills
• Agile, Lean & Six Sigma Skills
• Experience in handling a wide variety of End User Services projects
• Experience in leading a wide variety of Cyber Security projects
