Accountabilities:
As a Lead Consultant - Project Manager, you will manage a major project within a function or geography or a major workstream within a larger delivery programme. You will lead a project team from initiation to close, delivering effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs. Your focus areas will include Risk Management and delivery of business benefit.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Technical or Business Degree or relevant proven experience
- Proven skills and experience managing and controlling project budgets
- Experience leading and developing project teams with a diverse blend of skills and capabilities
- Evidence of shaping innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation
- 24+ months of proven relevant experience as an Associate PM or equivalent role.
- Strong Project and Programme Management Skills
- Proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, business change, relationship and consulting skills
- A capable knowledge of Financial Management and Benefits Delivery practices.
- Broad understanding of IT systems and technology implemented within a business context.
- Knowledge and experience with internal and external suppliers and solutions
- Excellent business acumen with sensitivity to environment
- Experience with project management and delivery methodologies and standards

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Masters degree
- Project / Programme Management certifications
- Experience working in a global organization where stakeholders and project team members are geographically dispersed.
- Strong leadership skills
- Agile, Lean & Six Sigma Skills
