As a Lead Consultant - Medical IT Project Manager, you will work with business, IT teams and external stakeholders to own and manage program / projects in Digital Health / A. Catalyst space. You will also play a pivotal role to establish the new project management standards and capability for digital health domain in Commercial IT. There's a huge opportunity to develop, explore and thrive during our next chapter.Accountabilities:As program / project manager, you will deliver scaling up of digital health solutions / partners, in the AZ markets - such as International including Latin America, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pac (ex. China / Japan), working with cross functional team and teams in the sub region or each country. You will maintain project management responsibility, from initiation to close, to deliver the defined outcome aligned with priorities and targets, meeting required quality and compliance / regulatory standards. Additional focus areas include communication management with cross functional team (CFT), risk management, internal and external partner collaboration and delivery of business benefit.Essential Skills/Experience:Strong project and program management skills, with track records of delivering complex transformative initiative which resulted in measurable business or healthcare outcome.Agile MethodologiesExperience of working in pharmaceutical, medical device or other regulated healthcare industry - in functions such as medical, IT, digital or innovation teamHands-on experience of leading initiatives involving healthcare internal or external regulatory requirement (e.g. SaMD clearance), compliance (e.g. privacy), governance (e.g. solution / partner due diligence, IT risk assessment, project management standards)Experience of working in or with complex organization - multi-national, matrix, cross functional involving external partnership (e.g. vendor, partner, ministry of health, academics, payers)Experience of direct senior leaders engagement, representing project as a delivery leadFair understanding of pharmaceutical / medical device (e.g. SaMD) / healthcare related regulations and compliance requirements - at least some part of these areasFair understanding of digital & IT especially cloud (e.g. SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), AI (machine learning, cognitive technology), data & analytics, and APIComfort with learning scientific / medical mechanism of solutions utilised.Self-motivated, comfort with working in high uncertainty- Language - EnglishDesirable Skills/Experience:Project / programme management certifications such as PMP / Prince 2Agile CertificationsDegree in business such as MBA or bachelors in business administrationDegree in computer science or equivalent knowledgeGeneral experience / knowledge in healthcare / medical domain such as population health, drug development, therapeutic area domain, evidence generationAdditional language such as Spanish / Portuguese / Mandarin are nice to have.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
