n this role, you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Backend/Database environment.

You would be responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining Java applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Responsibilities

Work with global teams in the delivery of Rules/Surveillances as per the regulatory and compliance requirements for Private Wealth Management (PWM). This requires cross-department and cross-divisional collaboration with other technical and business teams.
To work on enhancements of applications/programs to improvise/renovate the existing system with latest technologies for Private Wealth Management.
To work on unit testing and co-ordinate end-to-end Regression testing in QA, and work with Operations team in achieving the desired results within the SLA.
PROD and lower environment application support. Root Cause Analysis of any issues and to perform Impact Analysis to work on the resolution of the issues reported.
Perform release planning, and coordination activities with Project Management and Primary Consumers of Services.
Excellent communication, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving skills



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

experience as Java Developer
Thorough understanding of Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate
Thorough understanding of RDBMS concepts
Well versed in SDLC with thorough understanding of Agile Development methodologies.
Sybase, DB2
Ant, Maven and Gradle
GitLab
J2EE, JBoss and Apache Tomcat
Autosys, UNIX, Shell, and Perl script
REST API webservices.
Good to have knowledge about Financial Markets.
