Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Java Backend
In this role, you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Java environment during regular hours. Candidate will be working with SMEs, Business Analyst, module developers & Users complete end-to-end SDLC for Capital Market Client.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Java environment during regular hours.
- Candidate will be working with SMEs, Business Analyst, module developers & Users complete end-to-end SDLC for Capital Market Client.
- Additional responsibilities shall include contributing in designing and documenting of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from Client from time to time.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT as and when required.
- Also, engage with Client in requirement gathering, Status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.

Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based application architectures, micro services and distributed systems, experience of web-services \xe2\x80\x93 (SOAP and RESTful), experience of Microservices that are based on Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Spring data flow, experience in designing and implementing integration system that can consume input and generate output in various forms such as files, queues, SQLl connections etc.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud platform and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and experience with Database that includes Oracle and MySQL.
Experience on data Streaming, messaging using Kafka within event driven systems.
Ability to execute and optimized sophisticated database queries.
Exposure of UX based environments, shell scripting.
Proficient with agile development environment and test-driven development mentality; Hands on experience with tools like - Junit, TestNG, Mockito etc.
Experience with DevOps culture and setting up automation pipelines; this includes tools of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) such as Jenkins, Git, Maven etc.
Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to other team members.
Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a distributed team, as well as working independently and taking ownership.
Scripting languages such as Shell script and Python.
Solid understanding of Data warehouse and Relational Model.
Writing complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL/NoSQL, Performance tuning
Prior experience in Investment Banking projects
Experience in CMS(WordPress)

Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the client!
