•Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- IT Ops governance•

•In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the gaps and repeated failure at network operations. You will be working actively on the operational issues along with internal / external stakeholders to do assessment, drive efficiency, eliminate problems, improve IT uptime and business experience.•

•You will work on Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management for each incidents/tickets and need to ensure the high uptime to the business.•

•Your role will require to work on various current/upcoming technologies to support business needs. Responsibilities •The candidate should have deep understanding of IT Ops governance•
• •Identify improvement opportunities & Drive efficiency•
• •The candidate should be holding at least 8 yrs. of experience of supporting Network Operations and Security - On Prem and Cloud Infra•
• •Participate on Bridge calls with other verticals for joint troubleshooting•
• •Playing key role driving project related to network automation.•
• •Identifying open risk in the production network and provide input for mitigation•
• •Preparing workflows, define process and guidelines.•

•Skillset•

• •Must have worked on large scale infra.•
• •Candidate must have worked/handled the IT projects•
• •The candidate should hold very rich experience in Network Monitoring application and security analytics Tools, well versed with Excel , Power BI knowledge would be added advantage.•
• •Candidate must have worked on the products like Cisco, Palo Alto, Nexus, UCS•
• •Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication•
