Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - IBM Tivoli administration Support

In this role, you will be responsible for L2/L3 production support or any product-based for various applications and enhancing web application.

Responsibilities

IBM Tivoli administration and Unix shell scripting, Windows scripting, SQL .
Participate in transition & acquire knowledge.
Do L2/L3 production support.
Follow the process to the T.
Working primarily in European hours with on-call for critical issues if any
Good English based communication skill



Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Q ualifications / Skills

B.E./ B.Tech / MCA or equivalent

Preferred Q ualifications / Skills

Experience in any web-based tech , IBM Tivoli administration and Unix shell scripting, Windows scripting, SQL.
any IBM Tivoli administration and product-based exper ience .
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues as part of production support.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and concepts in understandable terms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, Activities and other Workforce Central/Dimensions modules will be an added plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and help understanding technical concepts to non-technical users.
Willingness to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies.
Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.
