In this role, Seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strong leadership, technical and analytical skills, with an understanding of the wholesale brokerage insurance industry preferred. The individual is expected to understand requirements, identify appropriate designs, code to the design specifications to ensure a quality solution delivery. Effective collaboration with the business users, IT, and various stakeholders is required. Serves as mentor, advisor and guide to the team of Developers and Sr Devs.Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Development & Support of Applications & Databases
\xc2\xb7 Participate in Application Modernization program.
\xc2\xb7 Develop an understanding of existing client IT applications while actively searching for improvement areas.
\xc2\xb7 Streamline workflows and process optimization by implementing inventive technical solutions.
\xc2\xb7 Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs.
\xc2\xb7 Deep hands-on experience with multiple development approaches, pattern and architecture means to implement solution. Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns.
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate existing tech stack and emerging technologies on a regular basis.
\xc2\xb7 Orchestrate work prioritization, scheduling and allocation for the rest of the Service Provider team.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
\xc2\xb7 BE/ B Tech/ MCA
\xc2\xb7 DB Developer experiencePreferred Qualifications/ Skills
\xc2\xb7 Deep expertise on Microsoft SQL Server \xe2\x80\x93 Development, Administration, Optimization, Performance Tuning and Support activities
\xc2\xb7 Experience on Database Migration to optimize Infrastructure/Admin costs.
\xc2\xb7 Experience with version control systems, preferably git.
\xc2\xb7 Experience working with a major cloud platform preferred (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
\xc2\xb7 Conversant with Iterative / Agile / DevOps practices.
