•Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Cypress•

•We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with a strong background in Cypress to lead our•

•Project/Team/Consulting Practice and drive excellence in end-to-end software testing and quality assurance.•

•The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing automated testing solutions, a deep•

•understanding of test frameworks, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.•

•Responsibilities•

• •Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress to ensure high-quality software•

•delivery.•

• •Analyse test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.•
• •Continuously improve the test automation framework and processes to enhance test coverage and•

•efficiency.•

• •Lead and oversee the development and execution of automated test strategies using Cypress.•
• •Define and implement best practices for test automation and quality assurance processes.•
• •Collaborate with clients to understand their testing needs and provide strategic recommendations.•
• •Mentor and guide junior team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance team•

•environment.•

•Qualifications•

•Minimum qualifications we seek in you!•

• •Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.•
• •Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Cypress.•
• •In-depth knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, including BDD/TDD.•

•Preferred qualifications•

• •Banking / Capital Markets domain experience.•
• •Good Communication and leadership skills.•
• •Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks•

•simultaneously.•

• •Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.•
