Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Cypress
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with a strong background in Cypress to lead our
Project/Team/Consulting Practice and drive excellence in end-to-end software testing and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing automated testing solutions, a deep
understanding of test frameworks, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress to ensure high-quality software
delivery.
  • Analyse test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Continuously improve the test automation framework and processes to enhance test coverage and
efficiency.
  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of automated test strategies using Cypress.
  • Define and implement best practices for test automation and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their testing needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance team
environment.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Cypress.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, including BDD/TDD.
Preferred qualifications
Banking / Capital Markets domain experience.
Good Communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.
