As a Lead Consultant, you will assess the performance of Ops and Intel services by analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience. You will collaborate with Ops and Intel teams to build business cases that require data analysis, create and maintain dashboards and reports for near-real time decision making, and drive consistent OKR reporting for all Cyber Ops and Intel teams.Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and JIRA.
- Experience with BI tools, data analytics, and reporting, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams in a multi-time zone environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form across all levels of the organization.
- A skilled collaborator and complex problem solver with experience managing relationships through internal and external escalations.
- Execution oriented and self-motivator.- Agile and Scrum Master skills across multiple different types of projects.
- Experience in strategy development and roadmap implementation.
- Experience in cybersecurity and familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework controls.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Effectively communicates with and influences senior leadership as a trusted advisor.
