We\'re looking for an experienced Agile project manager with Scrum master, project management and release management experience who can operate strategically at an enterprise level within a software development POD. Accountabilities: As a Lead Consultant- Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing JIRA board to take updates on existing tickets, add new tickets to backlog, add flags and summarise the weekly progress. You will also facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective), collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and groom the product backlog, and track and report on team progress using relevant metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) and provide visibility into the team\'s work to stakeholders. Essential Skills/Experience: As an Agile Project Manager your role will involve leading an Agile platform team delivery. Facilitate planning, execution, delivery within Agile frameworks. The role will be highly involved in customer facing, ensure solutions are being delivered using agile practices by supporting everyone in the team and stakeholders to work as a team and follow the best practices. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. Identify and address risks and issues in a timely manner. Continuously improve agile processes and practices within the platform. Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to plan release windows and cycles. Collaborate with scrum team and any dependent teams to plan release windows and cycles. Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates. Manage the release deployment activities, communications and ensure successful release of software into production. Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience working as a Project Manager and Scrum master for a number of years
• Good Stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Effectively lead or collaborate with cross-functional resources to deliver and market programs.
• Excellent skills in using Agile tools for tracking and collaboration examples: JIRA, Confluence, Miro
• Experience working in agile environment.
• Experience working with a pharmaceutical company
• Bioinformatics / Computational or molecular biology background.
