It is a full-time Grade D role to be based in our GITC site at Chennai.As part of AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s Data Protection capability, we are seeking a cloud engineer to own the Infrastructure, Code repositories, Deployment pipeline efforts for Enterprise IT. This means Accountability for setup and maintenance of our AWS environment servers, data bases, secrets etc. Own IAM and Access Policies for various applications, Own the Active Directory services for Enterprise Data Enablement Division.Essential skills and experience

• Excellent knowledge in Cloud Engineering platforms (Especially AWS)
• Excellent Linux Skills
• Expertise in managing Cloud Servers, Data bases, Secrets, RSA certificates etc
• Expertise in management of IAM roles , Users and AD groups .
• Strong Background in networking and routing concepts
• Expertise in Infrastructure as a Code \xe2\x80\x93 Ansible and cloud formation stacks (such as Teraform)
• Prior exposure in setting up CICD pipelines for code deployment \xe2\x80\x93 Such as Jenkins , Git Deploy
• Prior exposure to setting up docker containers and using Kubernetes for deployment is mandatory
• Background in Cloud security tools such as sonarqube is a great plus
• Strong knowledge of SAAS and PAAS is a plus.
• An enthusiasm for great documentation

Desirable skills and experience

• Excellent Jira acumen including a proactive approach to status updates.
• Experience of Agile practices, preferably having been part of an Agile team for several years.
