Apply now !F Responsibility Creating 3D assets for the different projects of your team Working with the Art director to maintain the aesthetic / style while working on assets Create, rig, and animate 3D characters for the game Add to and use a database of Assets created to be used across projects Working with the programmers to create high-quality VFX and environment setups in Unity Working with the Game Lead to create ad/store marketing material such as screenshots, app icons, videos, etc. Requirement Provide artistic direction and leadership to the character art team, ensuring the visual consistency and quality of character designs Lead the creation of character models, textures, and rigging using industry-standard software tools Manage and mentor a team of character artists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them reach their full potential Collaborate with technical artists and engineers to optimize character creation pipelines and workflows, ensuring efficient integration into the Unreal Engine Conduct regular reviews of character assets to ensure they meet the highest artistic and technical standards Maintain clear and open communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on character art goals and requirements Create and maintain documentation for character art processes and best practices
