FunctionIndia BUPay BandM3 to M5RoleAs the Lead- Channel Expansion(Primary), you will be part of the CAD team and will report to Head- Channel Expansion. The purpose of your role will be:
1. To create the Channel Strategy, planning and implementation.
2. To focuse on compliance and monitoring of key channel aspects and collaboration between Field Team and related functions at HO
3. To review and monitor the termination / replacement /correction proposal from Zones of the defunct or poor performers to make Channel ready for optimum delivery in terms of business or timely replacementA purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Create and review the proposed Channel Expansion Plan by Zones and take this forward for the finalization.
2. To drive, review and monitor the termination / replacement /correction proposal from Zones of the defunct or poor performers to make Channel ready for optimum delivery in terms of business or timely replacement
3. To review and monitor the appointment & activation progress at Area office & Zonal LevelsA Day in the lifeAs the Lead- Channel Expansion Manager, your day will start on creating and reviewing the channel strategy, planning and implementation. This role will also focus on compliance and monitoring of key channel aspects and collaboration between Field team and related functions at HOAcademic Qualification & Experience- MBA
- Atleast 10-12 years experience with exposure in Channel ManagementTechnical Skills/Knowledge- Ability to create, conceptualise and frame strategies
