Create, manage, and maintain Reporting and Dashboards for the Customer Success Teams Coordinate internally to help identify the sources, metrics, frequency, and granularity of data. Enhance and update the administration documentation Must have: Excellent communication Skills. Domain Knowledge in any of Banking/Finance/Retail/Real Estate/Data centers etc. Experience in Company Financials Frameworks. Qualification: 8-15 years of all-round experience in a consulting environment 8-10 years of business requirement gathering, client-facing, data analysis Pro communicator, experience working with technology and business teams.
