What You Will Do
As part of Digital Transformation Office (DTO), you will play a critical role in driving the Kenvue Operations Digital Transformation by
delivering business solutions meet the unique needs of supply chain stakeholders. You will work closely with Technical Architects, Business
Analysts, Product Owners, User Experience Designers, and Business Application Developers across geographies to provide high quality
digital solutions that generate business value. You will work collaboratively in an agile team environment and contribute to all stages of the
software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance phases. You will be responsible for a
variety of projects, leading scrum teams and managing all aspects of the project, including work breakdown and resource allocation,
oversight of deliverables and quality review, and regular status updates for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Design, implement, unit test, and build business applications using React, React-Native, .Net Core, .Net 8, Node.js, Azure/AWS and
leveraging an agile methodology
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and administer CI/CD pipelines in cloud-hosted Git repositories, and source control artifacts via Git in alignment with common
branching strategies and workflows
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist Software Designer/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
\xef\x82\xb7 Complete review process for software architecture documents
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture
\xef\x82\xb7 Integrate internal and external product designs into a cohesive user experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Partner with the customer success team and aid in triaging and troubleshooting customer support issues spanning across a range of
software components, infrastructure, integrations, and services, some of which target 24/7/365 availability
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain project reporting including dashboards, status reports, road maps, burn down, velocity, and resource utilization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate discussion, assessment of alternatives or different approaches, decision making, and conflict resolution within the
development team
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate as a team member in design, review, and planning meetings
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and keep track of metrics that indicate how software is performing
\xef\x82\xb7 Handle technical and non-technical queries from the development team and stakeholders
\xef\x82\xb7 Own the technical solution and ensure all technical aspects are implemented as designed.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that all development practices follow best practices and any relevant policies / proceduresWhat We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of Bachelor\'s degree; BTech or MTech in computer science is strongly preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum five years business experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience leading full stack technology projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency with .NET Core/.Net 8, C# , Node.js, React, React-Native, Redux, Material, Bootstrap, Typescript, SCSS, Microservices, Entity
framework, LINQ, SQL
\xef\x82\xb7 Expert knowledge of DevOps AWS or Azure platforms, such as web app services, azure db, storage, AKS, Docker, containers, Redis, VM,
CDN, App insights, function apps, service bus etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Database design, Continuous Integration (TFS, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge and experience in SOLID principles and industry best practices using Microsoft Technologies
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge and experience in at least one SDLC model like Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong technical skills to contribute as an engineer across a broad technology stack, from novel software development and operations to
automated testing and integration with third-party services and tools
\xef\x82\xb7 Superior troubleshooting ability, strong analytical abilities, and drive for results
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to work on complex and specialized technical problems and provide highly innovative, yet practical solutions
\xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience working within Supply Chain domains (planning, manufacturing, delivery / logistics, quality, procurement)
\xef\x82\xb7 Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and good technical documentation skills
\xef\x82\xb7 High ethics, values, and principles to work in a multi-cultural environment
