Developing a deep understanding of the business, cost drivers and other functions of the business unit to drive efficient growth2. Creating processes for new initiative and improving the existing one with a focus on governance and cost leakage3. Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand and supply drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial model and evaluate business outcome3. Continuously track financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyze the variance4. Collaborate closely with business, sales and cross-functional team worldwide to ensure smooth flow of operations3. Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required7. The ideal candidate has a combination of strong business acumen, communication skills, financial modelling, a positive work ethic and a track record of success.The Experience You\'ll Need:1. CA or MBA with 2-3 years of post-qualification work experience2. Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred3. Strong excel skills with hands-on experience on business analysis and reporting4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain respect of senior management and external executives5. Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally6.
