Accountabilities:

As an RDM Business Analyst, you will drive the requirements gathering, planning and release activities of RDM product, realizing the enterprise vision and roadmap of RDM product owner. You will work with SEDO Council to adopt and enforce the Controlled Vocabulary ownership and change process across enterprise and business technology groups. You will collaborate with our RDM product owner, business stakeholders, solution architects, tech leads, data stewards, source and consumer applications, IT Quality manager and Business Quality Manager, to deliver clear product features (functional, technical and non-functional requirements), to ensure successful delivery of user-friendly RDM solution.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Significant professional experience, working as a business analyst.
• Ability to liaise and drive requirement discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
• In-depth analytical skills and ability to work in highly collaborative environment.
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders, providing functional leadership and guidance to RDM project teams.
• Significant experience in JIRA and ability to write stories which provides utmost clarity on the feature.
• Proficient in English both verbal and written.
• Good written documentation skills.
• Experience of working in a regulated environment (GxP or similar).
• Experience of delivering solutions within IT projects delivered through Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in RDM functional knowledge.
• Experience in RDM Architecture and Data Modelling principles.
• Working in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or similar landscapes.
• Exposure to fundamentals of API (Application Programming Interface).
• Exposure to DevOps process knowledge.
• Working knowledge of the pharma industry is a plus.
