Job Description
•Total Experience Range: •
A minimum experience of 8-12 years Skill Set : Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products in India. Deep Knowledge of Life insurance process (quote and policy issuance, policy servicing , finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must. Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration
• In-depth Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Should have experience in handling 2-3 BA team members. Job Requirements : Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external
partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications. Requirement elicitation and System solution designing. Define the customer journey. Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries. Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers. Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development team.
