PROGRAMME SUMMARY:LSEG are embarking on a large transformation programme to streamline and optimise our current capabilities, and to deliver next-generation, industry-standard Financial Crime (FC) processes, technologies and tools to support our Customer and Third Party onboarding. While continuing to meet internal stringent policies and our external obligations, this programme shall introduce new ways of working and standards, driving efficiencies and transforming the way we deliver value towards customer journey lifecycle at LSEG.ROLE PROFILE:A fantastic opportunity for a proven and experienced Business Analyst with a background in Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Financial Crime (FC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions and/or Transactions Monitoring, to lead and support with key technology deliverables underpinning FC Transformation programme delivery.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for requirements engineering and management.Partner with project stakeholders to deliver business requirements and define what good looks likeReview current state to identify lessons learnt, challenges and bottlenecksAct as key SME to support policy management, contextual interpretation and impact analysis on business and technology processes and applications/platformsWork closely with delivery lead to support programme delivery, enable development of scope and integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are scoped and documented and that risk management processes are in place.Lead initial programme set up and execution of Technology initiatives enforcing improved controls and reporting around Financial CrimeDraft and manage user stories, acceptance criteria and develop test scenariosEnsure all deliverables adhere to LSEG Technology Governance StandardsEngage with technology leads to understand their teams requirements, obstacles, and agree approaches.YOU\'LL BRING:Solid background of 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in large financial services organisations with KYC, CDD, Transaction Monitoring, and/or similar regulated processesDeep technical knowledge and experience in managing complex data, MI and/or reporting applicationsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.Ability to develop and implement data management policies and procedures, shoulder responsibilities as a product owner where requiredGood project management skills to lead and coordinate tasks, dependencies, risks and issues across different and diverse contributing groupsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex data and provide insights.Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technology solutions.Diligent with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and develop a positive working environment.Global experience - working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneouslyExperience with both agile and traditional waterfall delivery methodologiesKnowledge of technology estates and technologies desirable""Leads planning of delivery across the development lifecycle for one application or a small number of simpler applications.Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:- Manages complex projects across cross-divisional business units- Managing the product backlog- Identifies and supervises key technical dependencies and competing priorities- Liaises with other teams to manage resource planning and timing of dependencies- Oversees issue resolution, providing options and solutions to resolve conflicts within the team- Maintains relationships with a wide range of collaborators- Gathers feedback on supplier performance, identifying issues and improvements.Qualifications & Experience:- Previous experience in a project delivery, coordination or support role- Previous experience of Software Development, Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance, and / or Emerging Technology and Governance.- Degree in related field or relevant qualification would be beneficial.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
