Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US - Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.What will you be doing?Microsoft and InMobi have entered into partnership, as per which, InMobi will be the preferred partner for Microsoft\'s Search and Audience Inventory (Native Display and Video). Microsoft Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through Search, Native, Video, CTV and Display advertising on Microsoft platforms and inventory. InMobi will be responsible for sales and development followed by end to end management of these client activities.We are seeking a top performing Solutions Specialist with online advertising/branding experience who can drive revenue by developing and cultivating strategic client relationships and delivering customized branding solutions by aligning to the client\'s advertising needs.The solutions specialist for display advertising enables Microsoft to better serve strategic customers by applying customer obsession to what clients care about and need, ensuring our Microsoft story is valued and understood, and acting to build successful, long-term relationships.What is expected out of you?

  • Assist Brand Sales teams in creating and delivering solutions pitch
  • Create custom solutions deck for brand pitches & innovate/update on existing sales support material
  • Collaborate and strategize with the Brand Sales team to help accounts
adopt best practices * Healthy predictable pipeline to deliver quota expectations: Consistently create high value revenue-generating opportunities. Lead regular, impactful engagements with key clients.
  • Conceptualize strategies and pro-actively approach clients with
ideas - act as a strategic partner to the business, while spearheading "brand
planning" based on identified client and market insights * Grow Microsoft Advertising\'s share of wallet across the client portfolio by highlighting missed opportunities around Branding activities. Create a convincing storyline and pitch which will help client-side decision makers to meet or exceed their marketing goals.
  • Conduct brand research, providing analysis and reporting as necessary to
ensure actionable insights * Leverage current relationships in the advertising ecosystem to drive adoption conversations as well as open up new relationships in the industry.
  • Forge relationships with client-side marketing heads and build industry presence for yourself and the products.
  • A fluent advocate of the Microsoft Story: Educate clients on how Microsoft Ad features and offerings help them to reach their business goals and new markets/targets. Utilize all available readiness materials (inclusive of Marketing materials, Training & other GTM assets) and insights to ensure you are a fluent advocate of the Microsoft Advertising story. Develop and demonstrate an intermediate to expert-level knowledge of emerging products/features.
  • Collaborative and high-performing account team: Coordinate with Sales Managers and other Account managers to ensure timely and proactive customer escalations by effectively leveraging the internal partner network to resolve Account escalations & revenue blockers. Capture feedback and influence solutions internally.
What is expected out of you?
  • Minimum 4-6 years\' online media/ advertising experience required in brand solutions and account management role.
  • Bachelor\'s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communication skills and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
  • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of leadership
  • Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely
  • Solid knowledge of the branding industry, native display products, customer\'s needs, Microsoft\'s strategy and how they work together
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for company growth
  • Location: Bangalore, should be willing to travel
