Who we\'re scouting for:
An individual with a strong background in branding, with previous experience preferably gained in a design/brand house / design studio or Branding Agency.
As a Lead Brand Designer at PhonePe, you will be our brand custodian. You should be proficient in brand design and storytelling - Creating and maintaining brand guidelines, developing innovative concepts, impactful visuals, developing and executing brand strategies, creating visual identities (logos, typography, color palettes, color theory, composition, with accessibility, inclusivity), and ensuring consistent brand representation across various channels and mediums. You should have a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of brand positioning and messaging.You should be able to conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, target audience, and good understanding of the Brand\'s tone of voice while coming up with branded content. You will be incharge of offline branding execution roadmaps.
