Position Name : AGM/ DGM- Lead Brand Building
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 10-20 Years
Key Result Areas:
Brand Guidelines & Standardization:
- Setting up & ensuring that the guidelines for point of purchase branding and local OOH(Out-of-home) advertising is adhered to across Zones
- Responsible for ensuring brand consistency at zones while defining scope of customization
GTM Strategy & Rollout:
- Study, evaluate, propose & create a standardized CVP(Consumer Value Products) roll out Strategy. Roll it out across zones with direct linkage to business.
- Similarly, the language and rhythm of dealer and retailer conferences is to be synchronized along with the brand message language to these stakeholders
Zonal Support & Innovation:
- Ensuring regular reviews of Zonal brand building so that there is continuous dialogue between the central team and zones. Ensuring content and idea support to zones for branding related activities.
- Inducting the new members Zonal brand building teams for equipping her/him with all the brand related basics - CVP(Consumer Value Products) / guidelines etc.
- Champion innovative solutions and work with the central IT team or external vendors to put some of the tactical tasks in auto mode with the use of technology.
Gifting:
- Create the annual gifting strategy and outlook to create a compelling portfolio and lead the development of annual gift items. Create systems and direct teams towards seamless process for efficient gift procurement and distribution
Consolidation & Cross Pollination of Practices:
- Strategizing, planning and tracking zonal brand building budgets.
- Gather learnings and best practices from monthly review of Zones for other teams to adopt.
- Include the same in standard SOP, towards continuous improvement of effectiveness and efficiencies
