As a Software Development Engineer IV on the Core Platform Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and managing the common services that drive all our products. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology infrastructure and contribute to the success of our products.

• System Architecture and Design:
• Architect the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and resilient common services for the entire product suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and industry best practices.
• Software Development:
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Python, and other relevant technologies.
• Drive the development and optimization of database schemas using MySQL and Snowflake.
• Architect and implement robust data processing pipelines using Kafka and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Infrastructure and Cloud Services:
• Utilize AWS services to architect, deploy, and manage the infrastructure supporting the core platform.
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based deployments for performance and reliability.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8-14 years) in architecting scalable Software Systems
• Proven track record of designing and building scalable, distributed systems.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding development teams.
• In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-based solutions, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to contribute innovative ideas.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
