1 Franchisee Co-ordination
• Coordination with franchisee through Zonal & Divisional Ops team for franchisee enrolment & smooth flow of execution at site.
• Dotted relationship of 7 No's Ops zonal Automation coordinators
• Coordination with PMC and monitoring progress.
• Site readiness co-ordination for Automation installation Callouts
• Ensure site readiness with franchisee deliverables in time with vendor site movements
• Resolving vendor -franchisee issues on delivery of automation material
• Timely resolution of site level hygiene issues prior and during installation at RO
• Tracking and follow up for RO Automation issues post installation
• Caretaker for site automation uptime post installation.
• O&M Support.
2 MIS & Reviews
• Daily, weekly and monthly reviews on site readiness progress/ MIS//status update/dealer delays/lags and taking appropriate action to correct the lags.
• Summarise & reporting to site progress to Head Automation
• Tracking call out to be given by PMC and work progress
• Updating Zonal & Divisional Team with advance planning on execution
• Tracking readiness/execution across the zones with reference to pre-decided timelines.
• Raising flags for execution errors/ co-ordination delays & take appropriate actions for resolution
• Suggest and prepare Useful Summary in rcc mails for top management.
• Generate automation reports in RCC portals which is useful to the team.
• Prepare Useful MIS in automation for project Drishti, Franchise App, CRA App etc.
3 Coordination with Internal Team
• Coordination with IT/Engg/BD Automation teams, PMC/apex team.
• Direct co-ordination for franchisee issue resolutions thru Contact & Command Centre
• Coordinating with divisional and zonal teams for site readiness for ROs.
• Followup with team to close complaints of RCC mails
4 Training of Franchisee Staff
• Development of training module for field staff & franchisee
• Planning of Site visits and training to franchisee on automation features/operations/basic troubleshooting
• Training franchisee staff for automation utilisation as per laid down procedure with proper data entry
• Training of Ops field Staff on Automation architecture & report utilisation
5 RO Automation - NANO (No Automation No Operation)
• NANO custodian for RO Automation
• Devise NANO process for 100% automation compliance
• Quick resolution of Automation downtime issues for minimising loss of sales
• Password control measures for manual operation of site
• Exception management
6 Technical SPOC
• Make the BRD document for any new technical enhancement to be done in existing system and processes
• Propose any new technical solution for enhancement of current processes and system.
• Do transformations of business by studying other industry technical enhancements.
7. New App / Web interface development
• Franchise App and likewise other app development for complete visibility from business side.
• Give BRD & UAT for all Apps and technical functionalities.
8. CRA Portal / App
• To track development and maintain the App/ Portal as per business requirements.
To generate useful reports for easy visibility for field team.

9. NIIMS App / Portal
• To track development and maintain the App/ Portal as per business requirements
• SPOC and Custodian of developments & issues related to NIIMS app from Business Side
• Generate Useful Reports using the portal.
10 Training of Field Staff
• Training of Field Staff for the New App and functionality Launched.
11 Industry performance Review
• Participate & take insights of Industry performance Reviews held by MOPNG every month.
